Project Management
PRINCE2® Agile Project Management Practitioner
Effective project management, reporting, risk modelling and contingency planning provides agility in executive level decision making.
Drawing from experience managing single event expense budgets up to $10M within complex tri-party governance structures. I have worked with start-ups and associations with lean budget requirements and can adapt the event design process accordingly to these needs.
I have led virtual and in person project teams, and delivered events with up to 200 event staff. I'm often engaged for event rescue projects and adept in solving complex challenges in short time periods leading into conference showtime.
I use high productivity and collaboration tools, research and analysis platforms to ensure a seamless project delivery with executive level reporting and recommendations.

Skills and Education
I have been privileged to work with elite speakers in Australia and overseas and enjoy pushing the boundaries on content development and program curation. My goal in program design is to ignite purpose, evolve the audience to new ways of thinking and create progressive learning opportunities for professional development.
I obtained a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) in 2002, I maintain PRINCE2® Agile Project Management certification, and engage a conscious leadership coach. I'm a highly skilled Executive level stakeholder manager. My event leadership and project management is delivered with high transparency, demonstrating respectful and empathetic behaviours to engage stakeholders, suppliers and staff.
